Bohemia Canvas provides the finest collection of beautiful party tents and wedding marquees for hire or purchase.

We have one of the widest arrays of marquees, tents and crafted structures in the UK, Ireland and Europe:

These include Our Grand Pavilion and Orangery Range which are all hand crafted from a solid-wood timber frame reminiscent of great Victorian glasshouses, and celebrate iconic architectural styles. These are the pièce de résistance of the tent and marquee world and can seat from 70 to 330 guests.

Our Traditional Canvas Pole Tents and Indian Tents are a more traditional type of marquee but with a unique Bohemia twist. They work wonderfully with our wide selection of bespoke roof and wall linings. Available in a variety of sizes, they can seat between 50 and 600 guests.

Our Round Canvas Pole Tents, Big top Tents and little tops are also based on the traditional design in form and function but offer a more unique shape of tent. These can seat between 30 and 330 guests and also come with an unrivalled choice of linings.

Entrance tents – Our Indian Top Hat and Indian Portico Tents are the perfect addition to any of our main structures to serve as additional entrances, connection tents and chill out areas, etc.

Auxillary Tents – these are compatible with most of our structures and linings and therefore provide a practical and sympathetic solution for most ancillary tents including catering, green rooms and toilet connections.

For as long as you need them! Having spoken to one of the team, you will be provided with a personal quotation based on your location, requirements and duration. We offer discounts on extended periods of hire.

This varies depending on the size and length of the hire.

When you receive a bespoke quotation, it will break down all the elements of the build, from delivery and installation costs to exactly what we will be supplying.

Pretty much each and every tent we have can use our linings. Designed in-house and produced by screen and block printers in Jaipur. We can also create and print bespoke linings just for you to make your event that even more special.

We have a lot of interest in our tents and so to confirm the hire of one of our structures for a designated date we require a 50% booking deposit to be taken. We do not hold structures without a deposit being paid.

Yes, we have insurance cover, and this is included in your booking as a 5% non-refundable damage waiver.

Of course! We strive to be as flexible as we can be. Event and wedding planning can be an in-depth process. We do get very busy though, so it is always worth booking in your lining choices as early as possible to avoid disappointment. You can always check out our terms and conditions.

Where your event is taking place will depend on who builds your tent. We have bases across the UK and Europe and each one is manned with teams of professional and skilled tentologists ready to build your structure. Generally, we build between Tuesday and Thursday, and we take the structures down on a Monday. But this can be flexible dependent on your needs.

It really does depend on the structure, the location and time of year. But in general, we have the structures built within two days and it takes one day to take them down.

Yes, we have tents suitable for winter please contact one of the team who will be happy to advise on the best structure for your event.

Yes! Our Pavilion range is very well equipped to be built on hard standing ground. Our other tents are also versatile enough to be built on tennis courts with surrounding greenery areas. Our site manager would be able to propose the best structure to use at the site visit.

If we are providing you with the tent, then we can organise these elements for you. When you speak to a member of the team just let them know what you are looking for and they will help as best they can.

Yes! Just let us know your desired look and we can recommend some beautiful furniture options, as well as propose some floor plans to work with your structure.

This includes PAR Can spotlights in the center of the tent or on the king poles and uplighters at approximately 20ft intervals around the inner wall. We also offer fairy lighting and festoon lighting for an additional cost. If you need any further information, please speak to a member of the team and they will advise.

We have coir – which is similar to coconut matting. There is the option of having carpet in the colour of your choice, this is laid on a wooden subfloor. And then we have our rustic wooden floor which is a sight to behold! There is of course also the option of having no floor!! The choice is yours.

Yes, we will come to site before your event date and with no additional charge. In the normal course of events, this would ideally happen once you have received your quotation. We will be in touch to arrange this.

It is very rare there any issues with our structures during the event but should you wish to contact the team then you will be provided with a phone number to call once the final booking is confirmed. We also offer the option to have a member of our team on hand throughout the event to help with moving furniture, managing power etc – at an additional cost.
